ProjectAs the Lubbock campus expanded, Texas Tech HSC sought a comprehensive evaluation of its campus traffic and pedestrian environment. DeShazo Group was engaged to assess key access points, internal site circulation, wayfinding, and pedestrian infrastructure to improve safety and operational efficiency across campus.

1. Evaluated existing pedestrian networks and connectivity across campus
2. Proposed new pedestrian crossings, bump-outs, and ADA-compliant access points
3. Improved walkability between backside parking lots and main campus buildings

1. Analyzed existing campus signage system for clarity and efficiency
2. Recommended placement and messaging updates for intuitive navigation
3. Reduced unnecessary vehicle circulation by directing drivers clearly to destinations
